Vaccination Requirements
All puppies must be up to date on vaccinations: (age-appropriate) vaccination proof must be provided prior to the first class.

Behavioral Expectations
Puppies must demonstrate non-aggressive behavior towards people and other dogs. Any signs of aggression will result in immediate removal from the class, and a discussion about alternative training options.

Owner Attendance
An adult owner or responsible guardian must always be present with the puppy during classes. Owners are expected to actively participate in the training process.

Equipment Guidelines
All puppies must be on a secure leash and wear a well-fitted collar. Retractable leashes are not permitted for safety reasons.

Class Size Limits
Classes will have limited sizing to ensure personalized attention and effective socialization for all puppies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior in advance for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, but make-up sessions may be available upon request for additional fees.

Health and Hygiene Protocols
Owners must ensure their puppies are clean and free from fleas or parasites before attending class. Any puppy exhibiting signs of illness (e.g., coughing, diarrhea) must stay home.

Photography and Video Consent
Participants grant permission for photographs and videos taken during class to be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the instructor.

Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, instructors are trained in first aid. Owners are responsible for providing any necessary medical information for their puppy- tis includes financially.
